Since the beginning, we’ve believed in being open and truthful with our audience. For us, that’s not a “brand value.” It’s the only way a real community can exist online. When someone spends ₹5,000 or ₹50,000 based on what they read, they deserve honesty, not marketing.
VSCTimes was created for one simple reason: buying products today is confusing. Every brand says their model is “best.” Every marketplace has thousands of reviews, many of them useless. Most people don’t have the time to dig through specs, compare models, or determine what matters in day-to-day use. We do that work so you don’t have to.

The goal of VSCTimes is to recommend what really matters. Not what looks good in ads. Not what has the loudest hype. What actually fits your home, your usage, and your budget. We independently test and evaluate hundreds of products each year across various categories, including Water purifiers, ACs, Washing machines, TVs, Laptops, Kitchen appliances, Gadgets, Robovacs, Mattresses, and more.
Editorial independence comes first
We operate with complete editorial independence. We don’t publish a recommendation until our writers and editors have researched it thoroughly and tested it enough to feel confident putting our name on it. We take that responsibility seriously because we know what it feels like to buy the wrong product and regret it later.
If a product performs well, we say it. If it has issues, service problems, high maintenance, weak long-term reliability, or misleading features, we clearly mention that too, even if it’s popular. After you buy it, you’re the one living with it every day. So we write with that reality in mind.
How VSCTimes is funded
We independently review everything we recommend. Some pages include affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We only recommend products that we believe will add value to our readers. Each product we recommend has undergone real use and testing by us. We do not accept money in exchange for positive reviews. All opinions are our own.
Affiliate marketing is simply a way for websites earn revenue. Big platforms like Amazon, eBay, Google, and others run affiliate programs, and many websites rely on them to support their work. The real issue is disclosure; some sites keep that part quiet. We don’t.
How we review products
Our product reviews are built on hands-on experience. Before sharing our thoughts, we use each product for at least six months. In many cases, we buy the products ourselves and install them in our office and in staff members’ homes, because long-term usage is where the truth comes out.

When we reviewed water purifiers, for example, we purchased multiple models, installed them, tested water quality, and tracked things people actually care about: installation speed, brand service, customer support, water wastage, filter durability, maintenance costs, and water taste. We focus on the details that affect your daily life, not just what looks good in a brochure.
Our team includes people with the right education and real-life experience to evaluate products. We also collaborate with experienced plumbers and electricians from Urban Company to cross-check practical points that many reviews ignore: installation realities, common failures, spare part availability, and what service technicians see on the ground.

We take product testing seriously. Every item listed on VSCTimes goes through careful evaluation. We try hard to leave no stone unturned, so you get information you can actually trust.
