However, returning the mattress under the 100 nights trial is not that hassle free. They will ask multiple questions and try to understand the exact reason. In addition, they can ask you to try different sleeping positions, adjust pillow height, change posture, and use it for few more nights before approving the return. So, do not buy thinking it is an easy return like Amazon. It can take time and effort. Therefore, it is better to decide the right firmness and thickness properly before placing the order, especially if you are buying for back pain.
